"If I could give negative stars I would. I have had to visit this hospital numerous times and all of them have resulted in the death of someone I love. Most recently my mother in law sat in the waiting room for 12 hours. We sat and watched nurses flirting and chit chatting when asked about updates the response was always “we are so backed up” from what I could tell they were probably just backing it up on each other in the on call room. Someone needs to do something about this being the only triage hospital in the valley people are dying and loved ones are suffering. The doctors are cold, do not follow protocol, and fail their oaths on the regular.The nurses are just waiting for their next bone. There are a few diamonds in the rough but not enough to save this cesspool. I’m sure my review will be deleted but if it’s not please don’t comment how you would like to fix any qualms I have. short of resurrection there’s nothing you could possibly do to fix what you broke."

"I had a very bad experience with the ER. Thank God my husband is alive. His diabetes was high up and he was going blind and the Dr. Ashton Ankara sent him home. A few days later he suffered a stroke!!! That little boy sent my husband home to suffer a stroke. I asked him twice to keep my husband in the hospital and he sent him home!!! Not acceptable!!! People know your rights. I let them send him home because I thought I had no other choice. But I did. If you feel they’re just rushing people out because it’s crowded and your loved in is pain or needs additional help, don’t let them make you leave!"

"It was heartbreaking so see how cruel and heartless their ER is. The receptionist checking in the patients need better training. If you are having a strong reaction to your pain, they will ignore you, ask you why you didn’t call an ambulance and continue to make passive aggressive comments. I watched as lady told a patient he was fine while he was shaking in pain. Almost every single receptionist there has the same attitude, monotone and uninterested in getting you help."

"Please do not I repeat do not come here! If ur in antelope valley I know it sounds great bcuz it’s close by but def One of the worst hospitals out there. My niece was brought 2/25/24. Dr & nurses said it was Kawasaki disease then a strain of Covid UTI & stomach flu.. they kept changing their minds.. 2/29/24 finally they admitted they didn’t know what she had & my niece didn’t improve. We made the decision to transfer her to UCLA medical center last night and in just a few hrs she’s improved. Never going here again and I urge ppl not to come here either."

"The support staff is beyond exceptional in this place, whoever is in charge of hiring the nurses doesn't settle for just anyone, they made sure to hire the very best of the best. I've never been worried about who was taking care of me here. I've got an odd blood disorder and regularly need to be check to make sure I get to opportunity to continue life, and everyone that's has been with me each time I've been through here has delivered incredible care, caution, and concentration and making sure I have more days to enjoy in the future. Thank you to Antelope Valley and the amazing team of nurses!"
