Dr. Susan Hsu, OB/GYN

"The 2 stars are strictly for Dr. Hsu, she is an amazing doctor but sadly has a poor front office staff representing her. It was extremely hard to even get ahold of them to make my first appointment. I always got the voicemail saying to “call back during regular business hours” which I was always calling within business hours. When I would finally get through to them I would get put on hold for 15 minutes. I’ve been in the office before and they have never been with a patient longer than 5 minutes and then just talk crap with each other about other patients. I only had two visits with Dr. Hsu and was not made aware of any costs besides the co pay. Once I was transferred to a new OBGYN, bills started getting emailed to me. When I tried to call the front office, multiple times, i kept getting the voicemail. I finally got through to the receptionist 3 days later, told her I had a question about a bill I received and got put on hold for 15 minutes again. After the 15 minutes I was hung up on! I had to send them a letter to get some sort of communication. Extremely unprofessional and I am so glad I was transferred and have a better, more caring staff to deal with. Dr. Hsu is such a sweet lady but is represented by rude staff that seem like they just don’t care…"

"Dr. Hsu is an amazing doctor! She is always nice, kind and understanding. She never rushed things, listened to our wants carefully, answered our questions patiently, reassured us during my whole pregnancy. The staff were carrying friendly as well. They are so kind, helpful and always welcoming with a warm smile. My labor lasted 12 hours. Dr. Hsu checked on me many times and made sure everything was going smoothly. Dr. Hsu directed the whole labor so professionally. I felt very safe when she made decisions and applied the procedures. Dr. Hsu encouraged me the whole time and made me feel safe after holding my baby."
