"Two years ago I Went to Aztec as I heard they process ppp loans. The assured me I qualified for the loan per my records and would submit the application. I thought they had some lender application but I later found out they simply typed my information on a public bank website that I could have done myself. Next they request $200 upfront to submit the loan. I was reluctant but was assured I qualified and would get the loan/grant money so I paid the $200. Month or so later was told all the funding ran out. I asked for my $200 back and Armondo refused. I called countless times again only to get a voicemail. I spoke to an owner I believed name Evon and she said no refund was due. I’m a senior citizen and they have treated me so badly. I will be filing every complaint possible and getting assistance from the Elder advocates. If this complaint is still up that means I still haven’t received my refund. Avoid this business that puts money over doing what’s right."
