Days Inn by Wyndham Las Vegas Airport Near the Strip 5075 Koval Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89119

"They say that they are a mile from the strip but I think it’s considerably less than that. The staff was great, the room was fine, and the price was a lot lower than on the strip. this is just a basic, old fashion motel, but really how much more do you want from a room when you’re traveling especially in Vegas?"

"Pretty average hotel, BUT I want to call out how great the staff is. Jay at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. I wasn't feeling well, got stuck in Vegas due to missing a connecting flight and was stressed out, but her demeanor and willingness to assist me alleviated that tremendously. I hadn't even though about not having any of my toiletries and she proactively asked if I'd be needing anything for my stay, then proceeded to get me basically everything a gal could need. Kelly was my shuttle driver the next day and was very warm and friendly. He shared a few stories and made the short ride to the airport feel even shorter. And lastly, James I spoke to on the phone a few weeks out from my trip. He was very helpful and understanding as I chatted with him about getting a receipt for my stay."

"I had a generally pleasant stay at the Days Inn Wyndham. The rooms were refurbished with plenty of USB/AC charging ports. WiFi also worked well. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping is done once every 3 days or upon request. Free breakfast is available in the hotel foyer. The location is about a 10 minute walk from MGM where you can find plenty of food options and a monorail station which can take you up the Strip. Do exercise caution when walking around the area at night as the neighbourhood appears to be slightly 'dodgy'. Also ensure you lock your room door in the evening in case there are unwanted intruders (although nothing untoward happened during my stay). The noise from cars and aircraft from the airport may also be an issue for some people so I do recommend a pair of ear plugs."

"UPDATE: i was moved to a clean room the next day and all was good but then at 5:30 am on my last day a man opened my door and tried to come in. I had the latch closed so he couldn’t - front desk claimed they have no idea who it was…so how did he get a key to my room? Front desk also blamed me for not locking my door - even though the doors lock automatically when closed. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this hotel is gross. They don’t change the sheets between visits, and they couldn’t offer clean sheets to me when I said I would literally change them myself because I had nowhere to sleep. These pictures show hair, blood, a huge, crunchy yellow stain on half the bed and an orange stain & mucus of some kind and hair on the pillow on the other bed."

"Nasty smoke smell in non-smoking rooms! American Airlines put us here because of an overnight flight delay. The hotel isn’t in a great part of town, but is about a 10 min walk from the strip. We had two rooms that were refurbished. One room was fine, but the other had a horrific cigarette smoke smell so bad that we all shared a king size bed in the other room. Front desk girl couldn’t do much since the hotel was booked, but she had a good attitude. Would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either."
