"Stayed in room 610 for the Builders Show. That’s the top floor, so no noise from above. The convenience of being a block from the Loop was super nice. Plus we’re not far from the monorail was really nice. Room 610 was on the street side and a bit noisy at times. 611 or 613 would be on the pool side and probably a lot quieter. If you are going to a convention, this is the best spot. The breakfast is good and there is a bar on the first floor in the evenings. It’s a new hotel and very clean. I’d definitely stay here again."
"Great value for the location. It’s a fairly new location which I love and the rooms are clean. Jess at the front desk was AMAZING! Housekeeping was solid. It’s literally across the street from a police station and it’s located towards the back end of the convention center. Definitely walkable because you’ll get there quick, but the unnecessary evil is the wing of the convention center you’re visiting. That place is so massive, it’s more convenient to just drive there and park near your entry. There’s also a monorail that you can catch up and down the Las Vegas strip located in the convention center’s parking lot. The hotel has plenty of garage parking for just 17/night. The breakfast is also pretty good! They even have 2 waffle stations where you cook your own. In addition, I remember seeing fruit, muffins, various toast options & toaster machines, diff brands of cereal, pork sausage, breakfast potatoes, and omelettes."
"First time guest here and i absolutely love it. If you want peace and quiet or just a get away for the night, you should book a room here. That is exactly what you'll be getting. Because of the location, i wouldn't recommend a "nightly walk" as some people like to do. Right now because of the approaching winter season, hotels usually close their pools/jacuzzi. This one is open until 10pm."
"When we arrived we were a bit frustrated with the front desks customer service, specifically with the attitude the lady had with us who was checking us in. Other experiences were perfect with the front desks customer service with other representatives that and throughout our trip. The rooms we had were nice, clean, and easy to get around the hotel. I was impressed with the complimentary breakfasts and the free drinks we got from the night front desk representative. Overall good experience but their day/afternoon customer service representatives need some work. I work in customer service and strive to do my best. Given I was there for a convention at the convention center so I would say this is something that should not be an issue being that close to a convention or working in customer service to begin with."
"The hotel was nice and room was clean. Parking was easy, with quick access to hotel. Nice breakfast. Could improve customer service with check in. We arrived 13 minutes prior to check in. They said we could not check in yet, but asked for ID and credit card and swiped it for charges. Then told us to wait the 13 minutes for our room key. There were several other guest also waiting, with a similar situation. Once the 13 minutes passed, we all had to wait in line again, with all of us, plus other guest that had just arrived. They helped those guest first, while all of us, that had already given our id and credit card waited. It took another 20 minutes to finally get the room key. Could definitely improve on this check in process. Maybe have an express line for those that already pre checked in, to access key quicker. Or offer a prorated early check in for the 13 minutes, that we were early to check in. Most of us in line were pretty surprised from this experience. I cannot ever recall a time that I have experienced a similar situation. I normally do not arrive early to hotels, just so happened to on this day, but even others in line were saying they've never experienced this. Overall stay was just fine, just the bump in check in, but not a good first impression."
