"Honestly a great place for what is it. One of the cleanest and well managed weeklys ive ever seen. Its not super fancy but had everything just as they stated. No complaints . staff is cool... Room was clean and property well kept. Bonus is that they have 2 pools on site and you get free cable with your room. As well as a phone in room. Rooms also have a full bathtub so your not stuck with shower only . all furniture was clean and comfortable . laundry room is open till midnight !"

"Complete sheisters!!! Took them forever to return a refund check. 4 months later I get a refund check $45 light. Called back to inquire and was told they needed to clean the carpets. Mind you I was 1 person no pets or kids but apparently made such a mess they needed to shampoo carpets. Meanwhile while I was a tenant I put up with stove burners not working. Multiple service requests where was my compensation for that? Better off going to Boulder highway or Fremont street at least they don't pretend not to rob you!!! Also employee named Sean completely unhelpful, hung up the phone on me telling me "that's how we do business " SMH"

"This place is a good place if you're here in Vegas for work or if you're in a financial bind. The one bedrooms are pretty small but they are comfortable and furnished. The location is great because it's not far from the strip. But the best part about this place has to be the staff. Thanks to all the staff up front, security and maintenance crew, you guys are great people."

"We ended up here and k was pleasantly surprised. There are no cops anywhere in sight. Management is pretty stern on bad guys. Here’s why you might consider this: 1. They currently require three weeks minimum to stay. Then you can go weekly. This keeps weekly bad guys away. 2. They background check before they rent to you. 3. The courtesy patrol are nice folks and you always see them. 4. It’s a five minute walk from smiths grocery. 5. The staff is relatively nice. 6. No bed bugs and clean rooms."
