"Tonight during the Bestles LOVE show my boyfriend had a medical emergency. I reached out to an usher and they were immediately on it! The security team was fabulous! They took great care of him and me. The whole team was amazing there were 2 outstanding security that helped me so much and I'm grateful. Amethyst and Flenoy were by my side making sure I had all the help I needed. Amethyst had the forethought to go to the ticket booth and start to get my money refunded for the tickets. I am so grateful she cared enough to think of that. We only saw a few minutes of the show and that money will now go to medical bills. I hope this security staff will be praised for their good work and caring behavior. Thank you!"

"I like this place and the show. It gives the great volano show to all people in the street. Many thanks for it. And the location of the hotel is very nice. It is very closed to other famous hotels and even the sphere. (Tips) If you want to see the show better, then locate in front of 'Mirage' sign."

"Stayed a few times in The Mirage. Great location, rooms are pretty good. The biggest issue is the room access cards that never work. Be ready to find yourself outside the room with no ability to get in."

"The Volcano is an amazing show! You can feel the heat from the lava right from Las Vegas Boulevard as you watch the fire "dancing" out of the volcanic rock. October 2023 UPDATE: Right now, the show is offline due to event construction through early December. Stop by anytime on the hour after December 7, 2023, to see it."
