La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas Summerlin Tech 7101 Cascade Valley Court, Las Vegas, NV 89128

"I stay at La Quinta everytime I travel. Love the Wyndham resorts. I am a Wyndham Rewards member. I am always happy with LA Quinta resorts no matter what city I'm in. However, the LA Quinta at 7101 Cascade Valley CT in Las Vegas Nevada makes Motel 6 look good. The resort is filthy. After changing rooms 3 times in an attempt to find one that didn't smell like sewer or the heater fan that sounded as if it was on its last leg, we finally chose a second floor room that someone left clothes hanging in the closet. Obviously house cleaning doesn't check everywhere to clean. Entry doors that are out of adjustment and locks that take some effort to make work. My wife and I are hoping the sheets were at least changed. The place is dirty and run down. It surely isn't the standard I've come to appreciate and expect of a Wyndham facility."

"The positive is that the staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Parking is easy and the breakfast is simple but has variety. Excellent location (except for freeway noise) with many restaurants and shopping within a mile The not so good includes being next to the freeway, with old windows, which makes for a lot of road noise. We loaded a white noise app to our phones and that helped. In addition, we had sporadic hot shower water/pressure due to an obviously faulty valve/cartridge. It was not repaired during our four day stay. Be prepared for rooms in need of maintenance and updating. Worn/stained upholstery, many doors in the room not closing (a one bedroom suite) and walls/doors in serious need of paint. We normally stay at the Hampton next door but the rate here was quite less this trip and we thought we would try it. Probably would not stay again unless we read improved reviews."

"Until they remodel this place not a great option. It’s okay if it’s an old building but I don’t think they clean the rooms really well. First room bed has a lot of stain and restroom has some hair. Move to another it’s okay but the in the restroom the soap holder has molds. Plus the towels smell so bad. I love La Quinta but this specific place is just groose and so uncomfortable to stay. Overall is just deep clean if you can’t remodel."

"We were in Vegas for a soccer tournament and had our entire team of 11 year old boys at this hotel. Rick at the front desk was fantastic from the time we checked in! The staff was not only accommodating, but went above and beyond to interact and help out with our team. It was refreshing to be met with kindness and a smile each time we had a question or request! They allowed us access to the meeting room for dinners and to play games and were extremely patient!"

"They never got back to me on processing my refund. Shady place. Elevator is sketchy. Doors are flimsy. Inside, barely clean at first glance. Might give the benefit of the doubt if they would’ve been better with the refund situation. Made me pay for the 5 nights when I only stayed 2."
