"They quote you a price on the phone, then they add to the price of the premium without explanation. After the transaction goes through they wait another three months and add more charges. Under the pretext that the original price agreement included purchase of condo insurance as a bundle. They retained my credit card information and used it for automatic renewal, without my knowledge and agreement. This agency looks for every opportunity to reach into your pocket. When you call the Allstate Co. and file a complaint, they simply ignore your complaint and repeat the false statement of this agency. Dishonest and fraudulent charges get added to your premium. I have already filed a complaint with Nevada Attorney General Office. Customers, be aware."
