"I worked with Brighton and Phillip during my time at AT&T today and they were very helpful. They helped me upgrade my plan with ease and swiftness. They didn’t take up too much time out of my day and had me in and out. They were truly wonderful to work with. I would working with one of these two gentlemen!"

"I came into town with my mother for a weekend vacation and she was having an issue with her phone not charging. We stopped into the store to see what it may be and we are helped out by Brighton and Phillip and Ashley. They were very nice And got right to the point of cleaning Out the charging port on the phone and that’s all it was Thanks again for helping my mom out. Great customer service."

"My wife went in to the store a few days back and she was helped by a gentleman named Briton I believe. First off I’m supper angry at the fact that he sold her on different items to “lower our bill” and it went up quite a bit. Not to mention he switched our lines from regular to premium. When asked if he could help with things concerning our bill he told her he couldn’t help and to call in. When we called in they said that most of the things we needed help on he could’ve helped us!!! Seems like the only help that is offered is when it’s going to help them hit their commission. I’m paying my phones and switching to Verizon!"

"We just had a brand new experience...we left an AT&T store satisfied, all questions answered, with AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, and knowledgeable salespeople patiently explaining our options...oh yeah, we also left with new phones! Our experience with AT&T has left us reluctant to even enter their stores, but Brighton (manager) and Phillip have left us with warm fuzzies, which may not extend to all AT&T outlets, but has certainly changed our attitudes toward this Bishop outlet. We commend whoever hired these two remarkable young men - thank you!"

"Bishop store suddenly not open on Sundays anymore? Cliff was the regular person on Sundays, maybe he left? Other people in this location were NOT so helpful, so I always waited for Sundays to go in & get his help & answers to my questions! I thought they should have made him a manager! NOTE - all other AT&T stores (Gardnerville, Carson City, Ridgecrest, Sparks, etc) all have Sunday hours so you can get help 7 days a week. We all depend on our cell phones now so much, so this is very disappointing, especially for people traveling thru the Inyo & Mono areas we are a HUGE area for tourism)!"
