"The sales experience was fine. However, trying to deal with their service department is a nightmare. I have tried calling their service department for over a month and they NEVER answer the phone. I have now stopped by the dealership twice about an issue with my jeep only to be told appointments are at least two weeks out and very scarce with timing. It should also be a simple fix and they told me they would have my vehicle for two days minimum. They did not seem keen to help me in any way, even though the vehicle is brand new. We eventually settled on a solution of me contacting the Ala Moana location. The Ala Moana location was much more respectful and wiling to help. I received an appointment next day and told I was receive my vehicle back same day. I will continue to go to that location instead."
"I went in because my check engine light and fuel sensor failure lights were flashing. I didn’t have an appointment and was told it’d be about a week-and-a-half to two-week wait. I had no choice as I couldn’t drive my truck in its condition anyway. I left it. Still covered by warranty, Brenda jumped right into action and called me within two days saying she is getting approval for repairs. Total wait time was about a week and I was more than happy to get my truck back with the repairs being covered. Overall, very satisfied this visit."
