"My husband and I are not very social people, but since having a kid we’ve had no choice but to interact with others more. We’ve been coming here since October after a friend recommended it. My toddler really likes it and it has helped him socialize with others his age and interact more appropriately. He’s learned how to get down and how to take turns. When he first started he was very shy but we’ve watched him get more comfortable each visit. I would recommend to any parent who has a toddler."

"I went in to cancel my membership because I realized I was being charged since May 2023. I had sent multiple emails to Gymboree trying to cancel the payment was on a card that I never checked because it goes to automatic payments the other day I had to check it and I saw that I was still being charged. I’ve been to Gymboree one time when my son was three months old in May 2023 I never went back I canceled maybe a month two months later which I totally understand that money would not be refunded When I went in. I told them what was wrong. I got a callback from the manager Danielle who is extremely rude talk to me like I was nothing very blunt very matter-of-fact. Did not care about anything I was saying saying, and then in fact, then told me I was sent an email and told in-store which I was told in store that you have to cancel my email And I’m going to reiterate I sent four different emails that I have and then she proceeded to tell me that I opened an email. I never opened that email because when she told me about the email I went and I found it it was never opened. I was able to cancel it. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars for something that I’ve never went to. They didn’t offer one cent of my money back, and I am totally disgusted with the way that you talk to me I’m totally disgusted with the way they’re handling this matter and I would never ever go to Gymboree again and I would especially never sign up for their monthly things. If you have to go to Gymboree and you want to go there just pay per session because what a scam this was and how they treated me when I went in there very politely told them the situation have the emails on hand Because I was sending the email to the wrong person which I didn’t know who I was supposed to send the email to because like I said I never opened an email regarding who I’m supposed to send it to all they told me was that I send an email to cancel I sent for them Not getting sent back talk to me like I was the bottom of her shoe and I am just completely utterly disgusted how this was handled. I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars to a place that I only went to one time. It is unbelievable that they’re not even offering me a scent of my money back I would never ever go here I would choose a different location I understand that they’re all differently managed and differently on. I would truly never go to the Summerlin location. The way I was treated was appalling."

"The crawler class was perfect for my almost 11 month old! Tons of fun soft/semi-soft plays to crawl on and explore. About four or so activities within the 45 minute class and all were really interactive and fun for the babies and parents together. Really fun bonding time and for my baby to interact with other babies! The membership seems worth the price because it’s 4 classes a month of your choice as well as unlimited gym time! Super fun and the place is clean and organized as well"
