"Terrible. No hospitality, and they have a terrible attitude like we owe them something. We drove all night long we booked the room to check in at 8 am. They accept the booking. The send a. Email that says 14:00 hrs check in. Obviously not many people here and they have availability. They tell us to wait until 2 and no refunds. We pre paid the room. So it's like 100 degrees hot af and I can't get my money back. We sit in the parking lot for hours, run to the store and come back and a whole family I guess is the people who run it are standing in the parkinglot sneering at us as we park . Watch my man walk to the front door to ask if our room is done and they just stand there staring after him. He stood inside for ten minutes and no one went inside to speak to him. Rudest people I have ever seen. You are entitled to nothing your job is to convince tired travelers and I will not tolerate such disrespect again Horrible horrible experience we are hot and tired and want a shower. "In desperate need of a renovation. if you are a smoker it’ll be fine. if you are non smoker and booked a non smoking room: the so called non smoking rooms were smoker rooms in the past, they just relabeled them. it smelled disgusting, also in the replacement room they gave me. even the shower curtain was still completely yellow from smoking"
