"Rooms are decent. Quality of furniture seems average to slightly below average for government facilities. Water pressure in shower is very low but admittedly that could just be the particular room that I was staying in. My biggest issue is that the Wi-Fi is nearly unusable, averages roughly 1Mbps, streaming services work intermittently on a single device but if you’re TAD and trying to run Flankspeed or get any kind of work requiring an internet connection done will probably require a mobile hotspot plan of some sort."

"The rooms could definitely be better and more updated but the staff was very friendly and accomodating, they even went as far as to confirm my work schedule to make sure they clean the room while I'm away which they do Monday-Wednesday-Friday. The compound that is situated on has pretty much everything you need to get thru your stay here just don't expect it to be lavish."

"The rooms are clean but other than that this place is falling apart. I did some research and NGIS Fallon is the third most profitable NGIS generating 11.3 million dollars in 2017. You would think they would maintain the buildings better. These building have cracks and pieces of concrete falling all over the place. I’m honestly afraid for my safety staying here considering that Fallon is near a fault line that had a 7.2 magnitude earthquake about 70 years ago that caused 20 feet of displacement. I’m no earthquake expert but the 1906 San Francisco earthquake only caused 3 feet of displacement. I feel like if there’s an earthquake on this fault line then these buildings will collapse."
