Farmers Insurance - Travis Riley

"Travis is not the man! Terrible communication he never communicated to our bank that we had insurance after requesting him numerous times so our bank was forced to pick up home insurance for us. Then we've had coverage not from Farmers since Jun of last year and he sends us a bill out of nowhere last month claiming we owe 400$ we weren't insured by you! Then he sent it sent it to a collection agency. I'll be contacting Farmers Corporate in the morning. Lame Switched to Travelers Insurance"
