"We purchased tickets from NVSTARR kiosk in the airport to the Michael Jackson Evolution show for April 3, 2022@8:30pm. We caught a taxi and arrived at the venue at 8pm only to find it a ghost town. No one there we waited outside for over 30 minutes and finally decided to leave. I emailed the people I purchased tickets from and just found out the show was canceled and they would refund our money. They did not even inform purchasers that it was canceled.When I mentioned the inconvenience and the cost of the transportation to and from the venue their response was " no one told us to catch a cab". Such a unprofessional response, I would never recommend their services to anyone because of my personal experience with them was very disappointing. Update: The CEO of NVSTARR personally reached out to us and apologized. That was very much appreciated.I want to say the owner of NVSTARR and THE MJ EVOLUTION were so professional and accommodating. I was able to see the show for April 4th andi t was spectacular. The show was amazing and I enjoyed myself to the fullest. I was so happy with the way this was rectified and how the owners stood behind their brand and business.They are truly in the business of customer service and making for sure their customers are a priority."

"Customer service is poor. It's best to make excursion and ticket reservations directly through the associated activity or tour company. $400.00 down the drain unfortunately."
