"Where to begin... The website where you upload your orders does not work, it has to be done in an email. The phone number does not put you in contact with anyone even after hours on hold. The only way to get in contact with them is to show up in person. They then tell you they cancelled your tickets because you didn't send them your orders and then when you try to hand them your copy they pull their copy of your orders out of a file. AND after all this they booked me for the wrong date for my return flight. Which of course can't be fixed until after it goes through ticketing in 30 minutes...2 hrs ago."
