"Dear Sir/ Madam. I had booked Grand Canyon West Rim coach Tour from Las Vegas [18262P2] for 2 Adults from Viator and I was given confirmation for the tour start Friday, September 22, 2017. 7.00 AM. When I reconfirmed on September 21, 2017, I was told that the said tour was cancelled without assigning any reason and that the tor cost of $ 216.00 would be refunded but so far no refund has been made to my account. I had gone to Las Vegas from India just to tour Grand Canyon. Since I was with the group, it was not possible for me to reschedule the tour. I am a pensioner and have incurred tremendous financial loss as all of my saving has been wasted for nothing."
