"On a recent trip to Manali, I booked a tour with a supposedly reputable operator. However, the experience turned out to be a nightmare. The hotel stays were disappointing;Worse still, the promised hot water supply was inconsistent, leaving us to take cold showers most of the time, Moreover, the power supply in the hotels was unreliable, resulting in frequent blackouts during the night. This made it difficult to charge our devices, As for the meals provided by the tour operator, they were often of poor quality and lacked variety. We found ourselves dining on bland and unappetizing food for most of the trip, Overall, the experience with this tour operator was not Good."

"The worst experience ever...... First of all they admire us with thier low cost budget with 3 star accommodation And gives promises to provide best services. But during our trip we have faced number of issues by getting even basic servies of drinking water at thier so called 3star hotels Poor hygiene at delhousie hotel. Agent was not able to give us alternative accomodation as we were facing too much issues. In the end i would say that company is not having transperancy with thier clients"
