"I found this place through Yelp. At the time of my visit to fill out my paperwork there were only two reviews, both positive. This was mid-September. Ben assisted me in the office, verified my information and answered the questions that I had. Fast forward to this past week and it's time to pick up my Visa. Being that I was on a tight schedule I stopped by their office on a Saturday morning. The hours are supposedly 10-1. At 10:10 the doors were locked and there were 2-3 other clients waiting. I did not stick around to see what time it eventually opened. I later called the office to leave a message but no one answered. About two hours later I got a call from a female saying she showed a missed call. I informed her that I was at their office earlier when they should have been open. Her reply, okay, click. No, sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. I just want my Visa at this point. At this point I emailed them to request they just mail it so I didn't have to make another trip there, but guess what, they didn't respond to that either. When I finally picked up my Visa two weeks later no apologies for not being open when they should have been, hanging up on me or not responding to my email. There has to be better options in town than this place."
