"So to start, I met a wonderful personal trainer here however there's so much this place put me through that I wouldn't recommend it. Personal training is a little pricey and once my contract was done I wanted to cancel because I needed to save money. Sales team got me to extend my personal training and that's fine but I was charged about 3 times after cancelling (called every time and sent emails each time) I got a check in the mail eventually for my refund. Fast forward to having to plan to move out of state (a state where no EOS exist) so I call and tell them hey don't charge me the annual fee and I'm cancelling. I got charged the annual fee but not the monthly fee... I called and they told me to come in which at this point I was out of state and couldn't... ask them can someone please take care of this? I'm still out $75 when I was in a transition period of not having a job and needed that money... Tired of calling and being told "You'll see your refund in a week or 2!" to get nothing. The gym itself is okay but equipment was constantly out of order and when my favorite machine sat there for months not getting fixed I was just at my tipping point between feeling scammed out of money and being lied to constantly. TLDR: Okay-Good gym if you never need to cancel any services but machines will constantly be out of order."

"I was visiting the area and was looking for a gym close by. Scott was super friendly and helped me get a guest pass. Great gym, great customer service and super friendly staff. I felt safe and comfortable. The gym was clean, spacious and lots of room to play. I will be back!! Thank you!!"

"I like EŌS because I travel every week and am able to use any gym wherever I go as a Blue Member. The Stephanie location is clean, and has a great layout. I use the stepper in the movie theater room primarily and never have an issue getting on the equipment, however, I normally go a little after 9am and before 4pm. The only thing I would say is the staff isn’t overtly friendly compared to other locations. I do love this location though and would recommend."
