"I waited 2 hours with the online check in. Then they told me to come in, I rushed down just to wait for another hour in the waiting room. Finally in the back room it took over an hour there too. They took the Covid, flu, and strep tests quickly when I got in the room and I thought I’d be done! However, the results took 40+ mins to get back. Then the dr told me to wait one minute to get my work note, she left, and then she forgot about me. I waited another 20+ minutes until I finally left the room and asked the front ladies who said “oh ya you’re done”. I already knew it was step. I just needed the test and meds assigned. Why it took over 4 hours total to figure that out, I don’t know."
"They were awesome every single one of the staff! Very attentive kept checking on me. The only problem is the x-ray tech was clear across the valley so I had to wait. But it was worth it. I can’t say enough kind words to them all thank you to all the staff that was there on Wednesday, February 21, you were awesome!"
"Updated 1/4/24: My wife daughter and I have been here a few times. We have never had a good experience. all 3 of us have been there this week. my wife was sick. we took a home covid test that came up negative. She got worse, and I started not feeling well, so we both went in. They forced us to go to separate rooms. When I spoke to the doctor, after he talked to my wife and told him our home covid test was negative, but she has gotten worse, and I now have the same symptoms. Aches, sneeze, cough, chills, back, and head ache. I told him that I went out drinking last night, and his only concern was why i thought it was ok to go out drinking and started treating me like i have a hangover. I had 4 drinks over a 3 and a half hour period, and I did not have any symptoms when I left to go out. he checked my test results and told me that I "dodged a bullet." I asked if my wife's test was positive, and he said he could not tell me. that was 2 days ago. I woke up this morning with a 102.5 fever. I feel like death. it has taken me until now to be able to get out of bed. Guess I dodged that bullet, right. I can not believe that a doctor who knew I had the same symptoms as my wife. Knew that her first test came up negative. knew I was in a car with her for 10 hours the day before and knew her test was positive, did not prescribe me any antivirals or covid treatment. Yesterday, my daughter, who was in the car with us and is sick, went in. We did the web check-in and, after 2 hours, had not heard anything, so we called. they said they sent us a text message 30 min ago, so we rushed down. After sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours, she was called in. Same diagnosis as me. no covid and given overpriced cough syrup. Tonight, her fever is 101.5. Tomorrow, we are calling Doctor Roo and filing a grievance with our insurance company. I recommend avoiding this location at all costs. Update: January 4th Filed my grevience, and after months of hearing nothing, i received a letter stating that the "treatment was appropriateiate and met the standard of care." Here is a photo of the letter. BTW, all 3 of us were covid positive. This location is flat out neglagent and their negligence meets their medical standards."
"Crowded and Terrible! I waited 1.25 hours for a scheduled pre-employment drug test. They made me wait until a room full of people who came in before me and after me were seen by their provider before I could test. Had this been communicated to me I would have left. The unpleasant and unprofessional medical assistant (Rosa) made several rude comments and mistakes, including never changing gloves before or after handling a soiled specimen cup, then proceeding to touch everything including my ID with the same gloves. Perhaps her mind was more focused on the cell phone she continuously checked by the FD door. Photo shows the waiting room with 2 patients who had just arrived, and one on his way out, as I was still sitting and waiting. The test itself took 5 minutes."
"I recently visited CareNow Urgent Care, and I'm delighted with the exceptional service I received. The staff was not only professional and efficient but also displayed genuine care and concern. The facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. The medical team took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. My wait time could be faster. Overall, a positive experience, and I highly recommend CareNow for their outstanding urgent care services."
