"I was with this company for many years for my business. My ex was in charge of our payments. However when we parted ways she stopped all payments and never told me. I called to get reinstated and I was told that I would not be able to continue because I need to show 3 consecutive years insured. I was with State Farm 11 years. There is no loyalty with this company. Now it is not entirely their fault but my issue is that after so many years they basically say goodbye you do not matter. They made a lot of money from me so I guess i am not good anymore. Do yourself a favor. Do not go here. You will not matter. Update: I have a TBI Traumatic Brain Injury. I have to adk questions to understand. The guy hung up on me and when I tried to call back they did not answer. These people are not good. Run away from here. May 12. Today."

"Beware of this office the reviews of never hearing from Matt and the unprofessional attitude of Bree (his wife) are 100% on point I wish I would’ve seen this before. The agent Bree Buckles-Keim was consistently rude talking over the my partner and I explaining how it was our fault when she was the one that provided the guidance to the process. Confrontational and rude, I know it’s State Farm and national maybe just try a different office location. We have had no issues until we were met with much hostility from Bree. In a customer service position she had no want or need to assist with the process. Not to mention once I voiced my displeasure with her inappropriate behavior and attitude she will no longer answer the phone to complete the process so we can cut ties. Completely unprofessional and borderline incompetent. Honestly never leave reviews but this is just sad and the corporate needs to take action against this office and the disrespectful behavior towards customers. No problem taking the money every month but when it comes to solving your issues, radio silence will be reaching out to corporate. I’m sure she will post a snarky response about how she tried to help. This is completely fabricated and untrue we were only met with hostility and you can see from many other reviews. If you want to make your life easier go elsewhere. Edit: Her response references no apologies for her crude and inappropriate behavior… a formal complaint has been filed with the BBB and the State Farm corporate office. As I said before do not take her false online persona as helpful, she is far from it and her husband who is your actual “agent” is completely absent from emails, in person, and the phone. Update: the form that was “promised” has still not been delivered. They still will not answer voicemails or emails. So unprofessional."

"This office NEEDS to be SHUT DOWN! Matt and his wife Brie are so incompetent! No one ever knows what is going on. They made a mess out of my policy costing me over a thousand in penalties then Matt went missing in action and wouldn’t answer or give face. Their front office staff told me to have my account transferred to another agent because they are terrible! That I am not the only person they have tremendously dropped the ball on”. "Melissa was super friendly and patient with me during our call for a renter’s insurance quote! I had no idea what I was getting into, but she was able to answer each and every one of my questions no matter how simple the answer was! When I called again for additional questions and to make sure I had completed everything properly, I got Richard instead, but he was just as kind and helpful!!! I hope all insurance offices have such amazing employees!!! :)"

They were super attentive, kind, and knowledgeable while guiding me about their insurance policies. Even though the State Farm’s insurance was a little out of my reach for me, both Melissa and Richard made a welcoming environment for me."
