"This is the only gym I go to. It has everything I need. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the other gym goers are all very respectful. You can definitely feel the positive energy here. The music is decent, and the inside temperature is perfect. The crowd is all ages, and any time of the day is great to go. The sauna is my favorite. It's seriously therapeutic. The only thing I would add to this gym is a cold room for recovery. I'll have to talk to Kristen (staff) about this. She has always been very helpful and accommodating! If you're looking for a place to get serious about gains and be healthy mentally and physically. This eos is the place to be!"

"Lots of good equipment spaced out well. The classes are great and instructors are caring! Child care is also available and we love their team. Amazing price for an all in one gym!"

"Went as a plus one guest. Some machines are older and get stuck at adjusting. But overall, most didn't. The movie theater didn't smell like others I had been to, so that was a plus. Took a long time to play the movie. Staff was nice with verbal welcoming. The front door is heavy. Felt sorry for the older folk trying to enter or leave. It was difficult for them. Some people it took them a long min to exit. I assisted some elderly people with the door. It would be kind to see if others helped them as well."

"Awesome gym, there is no steam room here but there is a sauna. Amenities are okay. Massage chairs barely work (you don’t have to pay for this if you don’t want to), hot tub is dirty all the time, but the machines are awesome, the staff is AMAZING! And the yard is fully equipped with everything I need! Love this spot even though certain things are lacking."

"Love this location. It has a variety of group classes, theater, massage chairs, sauna, pool, backyard and more. Definitely a good time! I wish they had a bigger variety of equipments. But overall a great gym."
