"This studio is so amazing! My daughter has grown into such an incredible dancer and she’s only 7! The teacher’s are outstanding! The studio owner has created a warm, welcoming environment for parents to enroll their children in dance. She has created a community of dancers who work hard and support one another. She loves her dancers as if they were her own children. She also offers classes for adults, for both dance and fitness. I am taking the adult dance classes and absolutely love it! Not only do I love dancing, I love the amazing women I dance with!"

"We LOVE ADFS!! We have been going there off and on for years. And Miss Jill (owner) has always been a constant support to my girls as they decide what they want to do. The past couple years they’ve decided they will be dancers and it’s because of Miss Jill and the other amazing instructors. Cannot say enough great things about how the studio and how classes are run.. very organized, and very well priced. "Ms. Jill, the owner of the studio, is fantastic. She is a wonderful dance instructor and fitness trainer. All 3 of my kids take dance lessons here and they all adore Ms. Jill, she has such a natural way of engaging with the children to create a bond that achieves both respect and adoration simultaneously. My husband and I both take fitness classes there too, the studio overlaps kids classes with adult fitness classes scheduled during the same time slots, so that each member of your family (including mom and dad) can be actively participating at the studio at the same time. The fitness classes are wonderful, each instructor places a huge emphasis on proper form. Check it out for sure, highly recommended!"

"We are absolutely loving ADFS! My daughter took the preschool dance class this week and has not stopped talking about Miss Jill (the owner) and how much fun she had. Jill is incredible with the little kids and you can tell she genuinely cares about them! I am thrilled to have found a place that offers adult dance and fitness classes as well, they even have some classes where you bring your children while you get a workout in. I've attended two classes for myself and was very impressed with the instructors. I have had the best, most intense, workouts that I've had in years."
