"This is a SCAM!!!!!!!! Do not book with this company! We bought a Groupon and booked an appointment. The weather was bad and THEY cancelled. We have been trying to book again for the last 2 weeks and do not get any replies or returned calls. We live 3 hours away and this was my 50th birthday gift from my husband. Absolutely BAD business! Many of the reviews state they were scammed as well.......Save yourself the money and DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!"

"My husband and I went for our anniversary and had a great experience! Everything went smoothly, from booking, to getting checked in and on the boat, to the ride itself. The guys on the boat, Sky and Sean, were so friendly and played fun music. It isn’t in a building, but it isn’t hard to find. Just keep walking towards the beach."

"Amazing experience! I booked online the night before for 10 am. We were staying super close so not problem getting there. We arrived 30 min earlier just waited about 10 min for check-in and pay. They will take you together with some other group or families, in a smaller boat to the other boat where you actually do the parasailing then everyone takes turn. They're all friendly, music plays while you wait for your turn, enjoy the view. Captain knows what he is doing they're are a great team. Not super happy with the quality of the pictures. Feel free to leave a tip they all do an incredible job!! I'm glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews. My 12 year old and I had so much fun!!"

"I was debating on booking parasailing with this company because it has so many bad reviews, but I still gave it a chance and hope for the best! We got there 45min earlier, our appointment was at 7pm. They told us they didn’t have enough boats so they change our appointment to 8pm. So we made plans to go eat, so then they call me that they had a cancellation and that we could go in. I told them that we would keep the 8pm appointment since we were having dinner already. Then 15min before 8, we go and the lady said they were supposed to call us (which they didn’t) to cancel our appointment because of a “drone show” and they didn’t know where it was happening! Long story short don’t waste your time here and just book with another company!"

"There was a road work and I got stalled for 15-20 minutes. I called them up and told them that I am getting late for my time. They said I could try my best. I reached in 15 minutes and I didn't find anyone. The neighbors said that they left at 2p when my booking was at 4p. I traveled like 3 hours to reach this place. They claimed that they sent me a message about when I should reach and I didn't receive any. The website shows that one can book until 7p for the day and there is no one to be found. The neighbors said that it's a normal behavior. Please plan properly if you are planning to go here. I wouldn't even recommend this place. There are better places close by which offer better services."
