"Only two elevators go to most floors. Here is the line to get on these elevators. It's a 20 minute ordeal to get to the room. Staff are not present. Calling the front desk gets no response."

"I was actually surprised by the rooms as the reviews on google are all over the board. Maybe we got lucky, but our room was clean and the only issue we had were the elevators (they have a sign stating they are upgrading them). We luckily were only on the 6th floor, so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Price was good for it being a festival weekend and fully booked. Check-in and out were a breeze (they had plenty of staff at the counters), amenities within the hotel were decent and staff were nice. Overall had a positive experience."

"First time in Vegas I stayed at circus circus and when we get there they charged us $79 resort fee we knew nothing about ahead of time. Employees do not have a cheerful attitude much less helpful. We get no compliment coffee in the morning. We had to go down the hallway to get her ice. We paid over $200 a night and got nothing no fridge and microwave no complimentary coffee. I felt disappointed with circus circus"

"The room is a standard room. Not the best we've been in, not the worst. Narrow shower and the water never really got hot - it was tolerable but not the most pleasant. Food is super expensive. Bed was middle of the road. Not horrible, not fantastic. Pillows were lumpy and small. The thing I absolutely hated... I expect smoke in a casino (non smoked here) but it seemed like everyone everywhere was smoking the reefer. I hope I don't get drug tested when I get back home because I'll fail. It's disgusting and ridiculous. On that note, my room was on floor 28 and we did not have any smoke smell in our room, thank goodness."
