She's a true expert in anatomy, physical therapy, Pilates, other exercises/ physical activity/ sports, conditioning, breathing, healing, and more. Plus she's patient, fun, educational, attentive, motivational, plus more. She's helping my husband's severe back and shoulder problems. He's already experiencing great results! I walked away with an understanding of what I need to do this early-season to learn to bomb the trails like a Truckee pro, hopefully injury-free! I've also done reformer classes here, and they will whip your booty and core into shape so dang fast you'll be bouncing quarters off your rock-hard (and functionally stable) midsection. There's so much to love, and Hillary is such a welcomed addition to our Truckee run and fitness community."
