One of my skins broke while they were cutting them to my skis (which was the fault of the skins, not the ski tech), and they gave me a loaner pair to use for an entire month while they waited for a new tail clip for my skins. And then they repaired my broken skin for free. They definitely didn't have to do that, as it was clearly not their fault, but they did, and now I'm stoked to continue spending money there."
