Silver Legacy Parking Garage

"We went to see the Mariachi Vargas show and there were also 2 Wedding's. Our 93 year old Blind Vet Dad was in a wheel chair. There was no parking even handicap. My gf had to drive in circles around the parking garage for 3 hours until the show was over and people cleared, then finally finding a parking spot. In the meantime, she tried to double park and have us paged , with no luck because their is no actual phone inside with outside lines unless you rent a room which we stayed the previous week for 2 days. Finally after midnight, we found each other.To get to certain areas you have to go outside and around and also, at the Silver Legacy/ Eldorado entrance, we had to carry my Dad and his wheel chair down about 4 or 5 steps. Whoever designed the parking garage, shame on you my My girlfriend had vertigo really bad from driving around the parking garage for hours waiting even for a handicap spot to clear up.She also got vertigo on their old elevators. oh,yeah and on the 1st floor the 4 hotels connect.(Silver Legacy,Circus Circus ,The Eldorado and The Atlanta's (I think) My gf couldn't hardly get any help from the employees there But the concert was good."

"Parked third level in diamond designated area. . Our vehicle some how was taking up three spaces- Damage to drivers side rear panel - tire marks as though it was pulled.- Security was of no help."

"Really hard to find the entrance. Most parking spots are very narrow and can be difficult to find an open spot on the weekends. Lines on the weekends to get to self parking can get very long early so plan accordingly."

"I was surprised to be charged an extra $30 resort fee on check-in for water bottles and coffee! And because of covid no coffee refresh, the room is not cleaned and I never got any water bottle."

"This was our second time staying here and probably our last. We had heard about all the renovations this place did. Don't get me wrong the Fourth Floor was amazing. New high-end restrooms, saunas, gym, lounge, spa and more. The only thing we didn't like was in order to use these new amenities like the new hot tub or gym you had to pay an additional $25 per day on top of the $35 per day resort fee. Our room looked clean, but the details were missed. The staff was fantastic and adjusted our overall bill."
