Then they transferred me to a number that doesn't exist... customer service needs improvement. It's like no one wants to work there so they keep transferring to the next person."

"I was going strong with Liberty mutual for about two years. I got into a small accident and filed a claim just so the other person couldn’t claim something that didn’t happen. I didn’t even go through insurance to get it fixed or anything. I got a letter saying they could no longer insure me. What is the point of paying for insurance if they aren’t going to stick with you. I didn’t even use insurance money! Oh and on top of that now there is a random Tow claim that never happened. My car has never been towed since I got it so now I have to go through the process of denying that. Which I didn’t even get any emails OR calls about. Very weird and very frustrating!"

"This company overall is a fraud, they chose to insure my home, without doing an initial inspection, and after two years of paying for their services they told me they could no longer serve me. They stated my roof needed to be repaired, once I asked them what needed to be accomplished, they mentioned it didn't matter because they weren't going to insure me anyways. Good customer service will always work with you because they want to keep your business. I felt it was a scheme because they knew my property value went up and they wanted to charge me more, so they stopped insuring me hoping I would ask for a different (new policy). Then I had a motorcycle and rental insurance with them, I called them stating I needed to cancel my rental insurance because I was moving to a different house and they never proceeded with it. PLEASE RECORD THE CONVERSATIONS FROM THIS COMPANY. they state one thing over the phone and they write another thing down in their notes. Someone, please fix the structure of this company."
