"This business was really spooky and tricky and I would not recommend anybody to buy insurance from this place. Last month when I purchased insurance, and the lady gave me the quoted and I agreed to buy it. Two weeks later another lady texted me and said if I don't install the "drive safe and save" app they will remove my discount. I called back the office and talked to the same lady that I bought car insurance from. I told her that she should have informed me upfront that I will need to install the app in order to get discount. Then i can make the decision eitger to buy it or not. All she did just to apologized to me and there is nothing that she can do about it unless I install the app or she will remove my discount and send me a bill in a week to ask me pay 10% more of the total price. I will shop around and leave this place. I would give this place a zero instead of one star if there is an option."
