Everyone I spoke to in the store was extremely helpful and friendly."

"The employees were VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. The problem I had was when parked perfectly centered on the end spot, I came back out not being able to get back into my car without becoming a contortionist. The car parked next to me wasn't centered 'perfectly' but they were within the lines. My car isn't very big therfore the parking lot should definitely be able to fit average cars without such nonsense. I hope they hire an actual licensed architect (with a legitimate degree) to redesign the parking lot."

I have nothing against AutoZone or O'Reilly's but this Napa has seemed to have had all the parts I need for small Hondas to AGM batteries for military trucks.
