"In the year a half under Marissa Sugano i never spoke to her and only dealt with people who work underneath her. I was hit by drunk driver in Dec 2016 and to this date still have not received my $500 deductible. Weeks after the accident i learned nobody in her office put in my claim and never reached out to the police department for a report. After multiple follow ups they finally did and shortly after i was told this would be sent to a claim agency. I couldn't believe nobody in their office lifted a finger to help and then they were just transferring this to an agency. Its been 7 months since they transferred me and I have heard nothing. Today I followed up with her office since the number to the agency they gave me didn't work. I was told the information they had on the driver isn't correct so there is nothing they can do and i would be out $500. Why even have insurance if this is what happens when you need it? After I was told by her office there was nothing they could do and they would be transferring me to a collection agency i found a new provider. I am very happy with my new provider and saving money."
