"Great and easy process overall getting and returning car rental. The only small issue we had, was that the line to get to a representative was long because there were only two representatives working and the line was long maybe at different times there's more representatives, but other than that everything was great. Would definitely rent here again."

"Check in was great. Were upgraded to nicer vehicle. Didn't like the fact that they didn't go over the features of the vehicle or point out any of the scratches already on the vehicle. I shouldn't have to take pictures to prove they weren't there when I picked up the vehicle."

"Just picked car up early (by 4hrs) so had to pay extra to get different car. But that was our fault and it’s a nicer car. The only reason I’m posting already is bc they did not take pics of blemishes on car and I wanted it as proof that we did not cause the damage. But so far the car is very nice."
