"Treated with disrespect. Acted like I was a burden and lacked the flexibility to meet my needs. In one word: intransigent. We will not be using them for any transactions moving forward."
"Beware! Poor communication, customer service, disorganized, they literally couldn’t care less! We are in the middle of refinancing our property, our new mortgage company was sent the wrong title (not even ours!) it’s now been two months, Very frustrating and stressful experience. They stopped the closing/signing due to make sure there are no liens on a small top house we had built, we’ve had our contractor sign off that he’s been paid! Fortunately the new mortgage has extended the locked in rate for another two weeks but I feel like I have to call these people every day to make sure they are doing their jobs! Will never work with this Escrow company in the future!"
"Liz is the main reason I used Fidelity when I was living in Hawaii. No longer live there, but if/when I move back she will get my business again. Po is great too! …Honestly the whole team seems great, no complaints. Great hardworking people at that downtown location :-)"
"BEWERE They do not work for YOU, And they will OVER CHARGE you. I would have changed to a new title company, but there wasn't time to change. The seller would have backed out of the sale and it would have most likely cost me $250,000.00. Worst, they were trying to force me to pay for non-existing invoices. And if I didn't pay, they were threatening to postpone the settlement. Which would have given the seller the right to cancel the sale. Fidelity was well aware that the seller wanted out. I believe the seller wanted out because at that point, the property was worth about $50,000.00 more than I was paying. Like I said they don't work for you. I had to get/pay an attorney to force Fedelity to follow the rules. An attorney told me, when companies like this one break the rules, you file a complaint with Federal CFPB, the local state consumer protection and the local city government. That cost you nothing. Then if that doesn't work, let attorney take legal action. I hate even giving them a one star rating. They should be put out if business."
"This company was ok until after the sale was finished and I asked why the management company had not sent back the money or a portion of the money they had demanded before closing. The company rep was very rude and disclaimed responsibility at that point and just hung up on me after offering minimal assistance. Nice customer service! I will try to avoid using them in the future."
