"I give these ladies a Negative Star and two thumbs down!! Do not use these people! Very unprofessional and incompetent. I just closed on my home, and had to use these guys because of the seller Escrow Company. They were affiliated with Team Lally Real Estate, and are only interested in their profits. They were suppose to wire transfer my reimbursement of $6,000+ but they sent it in the mail, and took over 5 days to get our money back!. They did not do their research on the title/who owns the house that we had a contract with, and had to do a double title transfer at the last minute. They should of known these things, and again show's their lack of competency. Horrible dealing with them. Buyers beware!"
