"Forget about Massage Therapy. I have the 90/10 plan and the co-pay is 20% but they don’t have any providers. Wasted a lot of time calling the providers listed on their website only to hear they don’t take this insurance for massage therapy. Okay for Acupuncture and Chiropractic."
