The car was clean and had a full tank of gas. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions. When returning all I had to do was check in with the staff and they immediately gave me my receipt. "I have used Enterprise for all my vacations and this was the first time I had any problems or disappointed. I made the reservation almost a year in advance and had everything completed before we even arrived to Honolulu. Once we arrived we had to deal with 3 check in representatives because no one could find my reservation, even though I had all the paperwork in hand. The only thing I wanted to add was a driver to the account, took us over an hour and half to check in and there was no one else in the building. Once they added another driver- they put the rental into that person's name... so I lost out all my points for a 11 day rental. Once we made it to the vehicle - we rented a van. It was in horrible shape. Huge dent in the front. It smelled horrible in the vehicle. Cup holders were full of liquid from previous renters. The roof and seats were all stained. Really disappointed."

"I had a great experience with my rental car but the Enterprise staff at the Honolulu airport were great. This was my first time renting at this location but not a stranger to Enterprise itself. The instructions were straightforward and pretty awesome that you could choose the vehicle you would like and the employees that were in the parking garage helping you where to go were awesome and helpful, there were so many styles to choose from great selection. They do recommend you take photos or videos of the outside just incase something happens because it definitely came in handy upon my return the video showed that the dent was already there. I also recommend to refuel for better gas price. I will definitely return and use their service on my next trip home."
