"I’ve been seen in this office for several years. The only reason I gave it a five star is because of the doctors or PAs. I see Daniel and he’s wonderful. The back office is different, I gave them one star. I shouldn’t have to call my referrals when they’re due a year. I’m not doing the job very frustrated today. I will find out what tomorrow brings lost an appointment because of this."

"Not sure how this office is a true medical facility. Not sure if Dr Pan exists as you’re seen by a NP who is very quiet, timid, and asks what you want instead of providing sound medical advice. Also what primary care office can’t do something as simple as drain a cyst. Instead they send you to urgent care! Referrals are also not placed as said. Have had to call multiple times to get anywhere."
