"They did a fine job on repairs— I had six pairs get protection on the bottoms and three pairs of them were boots which I also got toe taps for. But when I came to collect them, he stored them in a trash bag, and put my heavy boots on top of my new flats, which I hadn’t worn before and was just getting protection on the bottom, and made them super squished and the leather won’t bounce back. Beware of this."
