"The store clerk chose a shirt for me. I came to this store 5 years ago, and at that time I chose one and the store clerk chose one for me. For some reason, everyone said "this is good" to the one the clerk chose, so I asked them to choose the one that suits me this time as well. Also, thank you for agreeing to shoot inside the store."

"I will not purchase any more clothing from this store, and I do not recommend it to others. I’ve purchased nine shirts from this store. Unfortunately a recent shirt was mislabeled the wrong size or shrunk to the point of being unwearable after a cold, delicate wash and hang dry. Despite me being a repeat customer who has purchased nine shirts, the owner of the store would not correct the issue. Customers need to be able to wash their shirts without them shrinking down significantly. I’ve made my last purchase here due to the lack of customer service and inability for me to trust the quality of the merchandise."
