"I had a FLAT tire, wouldn’t take air. I was very distressed because I ride my bike everyday out of necessity.This shop doesn’t answer their phone. So put my bike in the back of a car and we drove to them. They are busy! But they were very helpful. They helped me take the bike out of the car. Fixed my bike immediately, while I waited!! They provided a seat for my senior mother while we waited. When the bike was fixed, they helped load it in the car for me. The charge was very reasonable. They were so nice! I am very impressed. I will be back. You have a loyal customer. Mahalo."
"Went in to have a flat tire changed because I didn’t have any of the tools with me. They said it would take 20 mins. Took an hour, whatever no big deal. Put the bike in my car and drove home, by the time I got home the ‘new tube’ they put in was completely flat. Dude gave me attitude when I called back. Had to drive back over and have them change it again to another tube. That one held air, but next morning when I went to ride the bike for the first time I found the bolts on the wheel they fixed were tightened incorrectly and the wheel wobbled all over the place in the frame and dragged against the brake pads. If you want something done right, best to do it yourself I guess"
