"A friend and I, preparing for our trip to Japan, went to the Good Feet Store, to make sure our feet/shoes were in good order for the walking we would be doing on our trip. I was having a little pain occasionally on my heel and wanted to check this out. We met George at the store and he gave us excellent service. He spent hours with us patiently explaining the importance of proper support and alignment that starts with the feet. He answered all of our questions. After wearing the arch supports as instructed for two weeks, I no longer have the pain in my heels and my shoes are more comfortable allowing me to stand and walk for longer periods. George has followed up with phone calls every week to answer our questions and help us to correctly strengthen, maintain and also rest our feet using the arch supports. "Really didn’t know what to expect when taking my Mom to the store, just wanted her to get some comfortable shoes that fit well, gave her good support and good balance for her upcoming trip and other activities.
