"Came here for some hiking/activity shoes after trying another store that ended up being closed, definitely glad we ended up here instead! Was helped immediately and very attentively and after describing how my cousins and I struggled on the very muddy Aiea Loop trail was recommended some excellent shoes. Hiked Diamond Head Crater the next day and my feet were so comfortable the whole time, the shoes didn't feel like they were more intense than was needed for this kind of hike either. One cousin went to get shoes of her own before we tackled the densely vegetated and muddy Waipuilani Falls trail on another day. Had no troubles with climbing or slipping (even scaling the wet rock wall up to the cave right next to the falls!) and feet were still super comfortable the whole way and back. Never had time to give the Aiea Loop another shot, but I'm confident it would have been a night and day difference with the new shoes I was expertly recommended. Thank you to the friendly staff for your help, the pair I got is definitely my new go-to for long distances and challenging terrain!"
