"I guess you have to know the workers or look a certain way in order for anyone to ask of you need help or a fitting room. Well that's just from my experience today. I was the only one by the gowns for a while but whenever someone came over the employee would go right over and help them."

"I had a horrible experience. I went with my friend and my two year old yes he was going from me to my friend the whole time, and did crawl out of thr fitting room to her in the communal area and I was handling it. But the people working today were absolutely rude telling me he can't be in the fitting room. Which I understood my friend took him to the main store area looking at dresses and he was playing out on the sales floor, he's 2, they acted like he was harming the store and upsetting people, he was laughing and playing. Instead of allowing me to handle me son she kept coming up to me telling me he can't do x,y,z yes I get its a dress store but 1. He's 2 and I was going to buy a dress I needed for my anniversary and I'm a mother, he comes where I go. It's at a mall, children should be expected to come into the store. I was so appalled by the rudeness of the staff we left and I will never spend a dollar at this store. I was so excited about this store to. But I will never allow my child to feel or be treated like he's an abomination, you accept me and my child as paying customers and understand he's a child. I have him. I'm disgusted."
