"My family and I love Dr Ching’s office on Fort Apache! Everyone there is so sweet and comes in and entertains the kids with bubbles and toys, creating a fun atmosphere. Princess is amazing, and so wonderful with my kids. 100% recommend this pediatrician office!"

"It’s impossible to get immunization records by email. They want you to go to the office in person to get it. I think it’s absurd I need to take off work just to get a piece of paper when in fact it can be easily e-mail over. I called and asked about it. The receptionist said email request would take 3-5 business days, but still, days passed I didn’t get any. It’s not the first time requesting it. The other times, I didn’t get it within the time promised until I called couple weeks later. Then they are able to email me back right away. I guess it depends on who answers the call and if that person wants to take care it or not. Doctor is fine but administration part is frustrating."

"Dr. Ching is not only an outstanding pediatric doctor but also an exceptional clinical preceptor. As a parent, I highly recommend Dr. Ching as a pediatrician due to her expertise, compassion, and dedication to providing the highest quality care. I was a practitioner student in her office. Since I witnessed how she is a pediatrician, I decided to move my son under her care because all I said during my clinical rotation was “I wish my pediatrician told me that” or “I wish you were my pediatrician when my son was younger.” Moreover, as a professor, Dr. Ching enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge and clinical experience to her students. Her lectures or teaching moments are engaging, informative, and delivered with enthusiasm. She has a unique ability to make complex medical concepts understandable and relevant to students, fostering a dynamic learning environment. She goes above and beyond to support her students, offering guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for hands-on learning. Her passion for teaching is evident in her commitment to student success and in the way she actively engages with each student's unique learning needs. As a pediatrician, Dr. Ching is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled in pediatric medicine but also incredibly compassionate and patient. She takes the time to listen to our concerns and always explains things thoroughly, ensuring that we feel informed and reassured about our child's health. What sets Dr. Ching apart is her genuine dedication to her young patients. She has a wonderful bedside manner that instantly puts children at ease, making doctor's visits a positive experience for them. Additionally, the office staff is friendly, efficient and compassionate to their jobs. They love “their” babies (patients) so much that they know them by heart. And, yes, wait times can be an issue at times. However, it’s because Dr. Ching conducts thorough assessment and provides quality care to her patients. She pays attention to “cannot miss” diagnosis so the patient’s health improves. I cannot recommend Dr. Ching highly enough, both as a pediatric doctor and as a professor. She truly embodies the qualities of an exceptional healthcare provider and educator."

"I love Dr. Ching! And of course all the other doctors. Never made me feel like I was overreacting when my daughter was sick. Provides great bedside manner. Even when they gave my daughter her shots she made sure it was quick and made her cheer up fast."

"Dr. Christmas is awesome. Dr. Ching is.. interesting, she has a specific style, and let’s just say I am happier when we get Dr. Christmas. The wait time here is ridiculously long. Another thing is that they also never answer their phones. How are we supposed to avoid no show fee if we can’t call to cancel or leave a voicemail? The one time they have answered me they didn’t book my appointment correctly. When I showed up I wasn’t on the schedule but luckily they squeezed my sick baby in. I have tried to call 6 times today already but there is no answer. I understand doctors offices can get busy. But every single time? This is a problem that needs to be addressed and fixed because reviews will keep going down and I will change doctors if needed. Rant over."
