"My husband called and was able to get an appointment at 11. He got there around 10:30ish. Waited for 11 to come. 11 came and went and he still wasn't helped even thoug he had an appointment. What's the point of calling and scheduling one if you won't hold up your end? Needless to say we'll be taking our business elsewhere."

"First and last time here came for an edge up and a high fade ,I have a comb over I was saving the top I literally told my barber not to touch the top I close my eyes so my hair won't get in it he cut the top all uneven very unprofessional and expensive !!! I was a walk in and directed to a rookie barber to be a test dummy!!!"

"Watch out for the hair stylist that is the manager. She seemed very nice when she was doing my hair. She acted professional until I asked her if she could add more highlights to one side of my hair. One side is bold with highlights and the other side you can barely tell. I asked if she could fix it two different days, but she said she was busy those days. Then, I asked her if I come by after work and she acted like she would be able to put me in the schedule. I have waited three days for her to respond to me and let me know if I could come in that day. Obviously she is not a trustworthy person."
