"The male pharmacy tech lied to me to my face about not having my full prescription saying that Longs does not carry them at all, I believe this was a case of prescription profiling as one of my prescriptions was a very small amount of narcotic pain relievers intended to allow me to work until I see a specialist for an infection. He even turned to another tech and asked them if they had them in stock and she replied yes in fact they did.. rather than argue i left and weirdly had no issues at another Longs"
"This Nanakuli CVS always has the wrong price tags posted on the shelves. Please check the prices on the shelf then make sure it’s the same price you are charged at the register! Every time I shop here the prices I am charged for and the shelf price tag is different. If I don’t remember what I seen as the posted shelf price I will be charged a higher price which is in the system. Please all check and don’t just pay what you are charged at the register. Management please take note of this. It is unethical to charge people incorrectly just because the shelf price is wrong or vice versa. People be smart!"
