"I’ll keep this simple. The great customer service and smooth talks is just a façade. I ordered 1 hoodie with customized logos I had provided. I received the run around with my order. My order was made first before a “large” order came in and I was not treated with priority. I was given 3 different pick up times and 2 different dates . Nothing was created, made or touched! Left work early to pick up my order but was given multiple excuses as to why my order was not even in production. Honestly I was super bummed out. I should’ve read the reviews first hand. I had a great experience the first Time I’ve ordered but it was with a different crew who made my order quick even with the store being busy. I asked for a refund and was encourage to do a bank dispute instead. I couldn’t really even believe the weak suggestions that were given. Let’s see if my refund will be generated in the 3 business days I was told.I was also not given no confirmation or order cancellation number for refund. Usually businesses will provide some kind of refund receipt or refund confirmation of some sort but nothing of physical form. Another thing is there are no prices placed or visible in The business. If I didn’t ask when my order would be ready,I don’t think I would’ve gotten a response. if my 1 order of a customized hoodie was very difficult for the business to do,I would’ve respected their honesty and Gone somewhere else but it’s seems like there are endless excuses and time wasted and money taken. Very unprofessional. Full of excuses. And makes sure you pay in full so that they can rest and take their time when they feel like jumping on orders. Poor business management for sure! Update** I finally got my refund today! Thanks to LULU who was so quick in getting my refund. It was not when I was previously told from “Ty”. But The owner is shady for not following through with the refund which is why I was able to get my refund with cash in store a week later. Otherwise this would’ve been theft towards a customer since they made me pay in full for an order that was not worked on and given run around with pick up date."

"On Dec.13, 2023, I’m Nancy and I ordered 2 custom Hoodies in Royal Blue…it was promised to be done on the 18th..I went to the store on the 19th to pick it up but it wasn’t done…I spoke to the manager if they will refund me my $140..Will (manager) assured me that the shirt will be done the next day..I told him I can’t pick it up coz I’m flying out early morning of the 20th…Will then said, I will overnight it to you so I agreed…I got home and waited till the 24th and no hoodies came in..so I called the store and spoke to Lulu and she assured me to get an answer and will give me a call…she called me back with an answer that Will send the Hoodies…I asked for a tracking number but no tracking number given so I told Lulu, I need it resolved…It was a Christmas gift and it’s now the 7th of January 2024 and no response…Been calling the store numerous times and no answer and been leaving messages…I need my refund of $140.00….please have someone call me and resolve this problem…I NEED A REFUND! I don’t need the hoodies anymore…Christmas is over!!!!"

"Bad experience twice. I'm done. First one, ordered shirts for a team and there were two misspellings. They had plenty of time to make sure everything was perfect. Even at the end when I was picking up the shirts they hand folded each one and the mistakes were still not caught. Had to go back and get them corrected. Second incident had to do with a custom 5in sticker I ordered. Was told it would be ready next day...after going back and forth from my home to the mall for three days my sticker was finally ready. Not bright, you can see the printer is low on ink cause I can see the print lines. And the sticker was not lined up correctly on the cricut machine so one side is trimmed real close to the image while the other side has about 1/4 of space. Was not worth $10 plus the $2 tip I gave. They got the job done but will definitely not come back here."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! The worst company on island!!! Terrible quality!!! We put in a large order that look 3 weeks longer than the estimated time because they forgot about it. After we received them and distributed them people were calling us letting us know the logo washed off!!! So embarrassing! We took them back to be reprinted months ago and still have not heard from them!!! They still have my tank tops, hoodies, and tshirts and I’ve called so many times trying to get my stuff back! They are a joke!!!!!"

"Thank you so much to Will for the quality work! First round of shirts were done by other employees and not up to standard but the owner was more than willing to take the shirts back and redo them himself. The final result of the shirts were amazing and I would definitely recommend them. Just make sure the design isn't too intricate so that the vinyl can be transferred easily to the shirt."
